    i just finished it.

it tastes really good, but is a bit much.
we used the same quantities described in your recipe but for 3 persons instead of 2.

but yes, we will do it again

Just tried this a couple of minutes ago.
    Really really good !
Added some sliced onion and green pepper, different spices, tons of bacon, and some brewer's yeast mustard as dressing

    Excellent outcome.

    me so hungry..

on topic, I ve had my fair share of cooking as a student and I ve mastered it more than most girls I know - I also happen to adhere to a strict diet due to the gym etc.

In relation to your concerns relating to the amount of eggs (8 as in the recipe), you can throw in 8 egg-whites, 4 egg-yolks and the other 4 egg-yolks in the trash. The white bit is just protein so it's good for you with no side effects. Additionally, avoid too much oil, since the cheese itself will "oil" the pan when it starts melting - might I add some saute'd onions? those go nicely with almost any sort of omelette. If you don't eat pork or just want to avoid bacon just use fat-free turkey breast wafers (not the salty type though, it would be too much considering the salt most cheeses (jesus?) carry)
