Sound Factory proto cartridge on eBay!

This guy, mwars, has one of the two prototype cartridges for Sound Fantasy/Sound Factory, which was based on Toshio Iwai's Music Insects exhibit. He is asking $3000 for this thing.

 

It's been up for a while.
It's a hefty price as well.

Is this the same cart the only ROM dump available came from? I'm assuming both carts that exist are the same build.

Judging from the photos, it appears to be the same as the second prototype on SNES Central. Note ex. the crooked sticker on one of the EPROMs, and how one of its corners is lifted up slightly.

 

Yes, this is the cart that was dumped.

 

Wait, was Sound Fantasy really dumped? Man, I must have been living under a rock!
