So who is working on Driveclub now? As the game is still being updated and supported.

I live (lived, I guess) about ten minutes away from them. It's a shame to see them go.

Really sad to hear this. I'm such a big fan of the MotorStorm series... I haven't played Driveclub as much as i wanted, but the game was being constantly updated and getting lot of praise.

The game's engine is fantastic and was being upgraded as well. I would be a shame for it not be used in other games. I do think it's a very bad move from Sony, just like when they closed Studio Liverpool / Psygnosis.

Hopefully it won't take long for the talented people from Evolution to join another studio. Polyphony Digital for example, could really use their help.

I wish.. Only Publisher around here is EA..I don't think they're going down any time soon.

It's a shame about Evolution though.

This is really unfortunate news coming from Sony. Personally I never played any of the studio's games, as I'm not a big racer fan. However I will say, on the launch of the ps3, there were only two games that *almost* compelled me enough to buy the system. One was Resistance, and the other was Motorstorm. They sure knew how to make a damn good looking launch title.

My friend's brother worked at BigBig, remember him being really proud of Pursuit Force when the PSP first came out, I thought it was very cool if a little hectic for me. He worked on a lot of the background scenery for some of the TOCA games if memory serves.
