    Hey, Assembler's.
SEGA announced that Sonic Lost World would be making its way to PC, but it's this line in the announcement that has my attention:
SEGA has been really good about bringing its content to PC, from Sonic Generations to Valkyria Chronicles.

What "past SEGA titles" do you think the company's referring to? (What would you like to see PC-bound?)

Very pleased with this announcement, I've wanted to play Lost Worlds for quite a while now.
Hoping for an eventual Virtua Fighter 5 and maybe Daytona USA release. That would rock so hard. I'd also like to see Sonic 06 and Sonic Unleashed on PC, not because I like them in any degree, but because people would love to take them apart and mod the hell out of them, perhaps fixing most of the issues these games have (Sonic 06 story madness is unsalvagable though :p).

I really hope to see Sonic Colors hitting PC, as well as the Yakuza IP's.

Not surprising considering how hard Lost World bombed. It's actually not a bad game at all, although some of the later levels have instakill bullshit.

Hopefully it also heads to consoles people actually own.

Excited for Lost World on the PC. I liked what I played of it. One less reason for me to finally shell out for a Wii U.

Suzuki's IPs would be great, I just don't know how likely we are to see that. A Shenmue PC port would be amazing.

Before people hate on you for that comment, they should know that I live in Japan and know about 2 people IRL who own a Wii U, so it's essentially true.

Virtua Fighter getting ported would be indeed sweet, but I highly doubt it will happen.

Don't mind him, he thinks he is on 4chans /v/.

What? I was agreeing with him. I know 2 people on real life who actually own a Wii U, which is a startlingly small amount...

Any Model 3 game - especially ones that aren't emulated well. EDIT: This was what I originally meant to say.

Planet Harriers. It never came to the home in any form (other than MAME emulation).

Sega have such a great range of classic titles yet they have refused to do anything with them after all these years. How many years have people been asking for Shenmue HD ports now? Good to hear they are considering doing something with all their old titles.

They're jumping on that Remaster/Remake train. Capcom being surprised with the success of REmaster and half the console gaming market remastering everything has finally received their attention. It's a smart business move; I don't know why they haven't done this sooner.

I really hope they do jump on the remaster train, there are plenty of Sega games that have never been rereleased: Fighters Megamix, Burning Rangers, Panzer Dragoon Zwei, Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder etc.

Didn't Sega throw out source code like nobody's business though? They'd have to go full on remake for some of these games.

From what I understand the source code for Panzer Dragoon Saga is lost (for reasons only Team Andromeda and some interviewer know).

    Don't know about the others.

Hell with some of those I'd just be happy with straight ports. Saturn games like Burning Rangers will burn a hole in your pocket for the US version.

I'm with you, Sonicsean -- Ports, official emulation, whatever it takes to not pay $200+ for these games.
