    counterfeit goods maybe? copyright would work too.

    ebay just got slammed in the EU - basically they are responsible for counterfeit goods on their site.

    And so they should be. They always used to tear down my computer sales if I didn't state I had all original OS discs etc.

    Things like this just really aren't encouraging for anyone that releases rarities such as that. I wish these morons would realize they're hurting the chances for more people being willing to share when there's the possibility of idiots like this only looking for profit.

    That was a good idea - I forgot that sellers cant leave negative feedback.

    Worst case, the guy will get a non payment strike that will last 3 months.

    Wow eBay sucks as I reported it last night within an hour of listing. Glad someone did that to him and thanks to all those who reported like me.

    That works. Bid a crazy amount to win the auction, then never pay up stating the item is fake. The guy even admits it in the auction listing. I doubt eBay would strike you for that. Though, eBay is pretty stupid. Who knows.

    I didn't get to see the auction, fwiw everyone was sure he actually did burn his own gd-r copy and didn't happen to have a legitimate developer copy right?

    Yes he said it was a copy in his auction. The cover he printed was all he would show but you could see it was a cheap repro cover printed at home.

    What a moron, that thing is only worth the price of the CD-R it's burned on. Crap like this is what puts into perspective also what's so bad about reproductions.
