    No it doesn't. It says in the picture, then gives examples of things it could be on. Also ends with etc to imply other things could be used.

    It says "on a piece of paper, index card" preceeding "etc", leading one to assume that the "etc" here is referring to other materials that you can write on for the validation photo.

    No, it says you need the information in the picture, then a full stop (which is the important part, as it's the end of the sentence). Then in brackets some examples of what the information could be written on.

    A computer screen is something you can write on the required information. As is a gdr (and not paper, which was stated the rules said explicitly).

    Anyways, it's something silly to continuing to argue about. If it has to be paper, the rule needs its language modifying, as currently that's not what the wording says.
