Is there any great methods for making Super Famicom box replicas out of some pieces of card like the original ones instead of those universal game cases?
If you have any good methods please tell me ASAP.

The retail boxes are printed on the board stock and die cut. It's hard to compare to that. If you get a wide format printer that can do flat stock.
Flatten out a box and measure the maximum width.

You should be able to get a $150 epson inkjet that will to flat stock. Then you just need a non-marking ruler and an x-acto blade to cut out the box.

I believe @Yakumo had some boxes produced from somewhere.
