SNES Red led issue when playing a prototype game.

    EPROMs *usually* (but don't count on it) have a inverted diode in parallel with the die so the diode will protect it from inverted insertion.

    Hope it is the case. Good to know that. I will keep you updated. Just hope that I haven't damaged the Eproms.

    You should just get an NTSC console or different power supply.
    The converter is probably the problem.

    A convertor won't cause a short between ground and vcc. It's the fact the cart has no shell and he's put it in backwards.

    Yes, I put it in the wrong way in my SNES. I have tried the correct way now and it works great !

    I am glad that my stupidity haven't damaged everything !
