From what I remember reading, this is a Japanese rip off of the Wild Card copier from Front Far East.

I have the small black adapter between the copier and the snes. Got it in a lot off ebay but couldnt match it to any backup units i knew of. Thanks for helping me identify it. I can take photos of the board if you need?

It wouldnt be too hard to recreate the PCB. You could then at least use it

If I get a little free time, I'll knock one up for you.

Without the original dimensions, it won't fit a case. But you will be able to put it in the console and copier and use it.

When I say won't fit a case, I mean a cart slot case. Even if I make one exactly the same dimensions, you don't have the original plastics. Unless you got one 3d printed I guess, but that's going to start getting expensive.

I have just noticed that my adaptor has 4 screws on the front so may be a different fit. Can you send a pic of the bottom of the backup unit so i can confirm it will fit before i start messing around with the measurements?

The best thing you could do is scan the PCB. Then just measure the width of the PCB, so I can ensure the scan is accurately sized.

I can then create the outline very very easily.

It doesn't really help, to make it fit a cart, you would need to measure all the corners etc.

I can make one that won't fit a plastic shell from what you have posted already.

I already know the cart slot dimensions as it's same as normal cart.
