Site fundraiser for November 2015

Now I wonder how many months we funded yet

 

I'll be able to check the sums today. I have my server rebuilt and unfortunately people didn't include their forum name with their donations.

 

I put names in the optional message with payments.

Supporting the community, is supporting the community. Can't put a price on that.

 

That doesn't matter too much to me. I popped on here to say I donated and we hit goal quickly. That's all I care about.

I'm also pretty curious about that. I'm sure there was a huge turnout.

i regularly return here for references and titbits of info i can pick up. Since im new to the scene i cant contribute much to the pool of knowledge myself so best i can do is toss in 7 dollarydoos a month to show my appreciation.

 

Hi everyone.

This month's fundraiser was a big success, we raised over $1000. ($1005)

I'll be adding user titles as soon as I can.

 

I'm updating user titles today into tomorrow.

We will be using the money to upgrade to the advanced search function (elasticsearch)
and one or two more improvements, like message exporting.

 

Small update, we are current until may 2016 and won't need to rattle the can until June.

 

We should just start now so we aren't in a dire situation again though......

 

I don't know how popular that would be. I'll wait in some more comments.

Just donated, went to a file not found page but I'm assuming it went through since it shows up on the Paypal.

 

It might not be popular to everyone, but to those who know the importance of keeping the site functional; they will always come through for the community without complaint.
