I'll figure out what I can donate when bills are paid. Honestly even amount being asked isn't that much for the kind of server and options that are available compared to other forums. What is the cut off date?

I would donate if I could. Though I hope the energy I put into moderating pays a bit... I hope.
As soon as I find work I'll contribute to donations no worries. This site has given me a lot.

I got fired too at my first and possibly last job, but I wasn't at there for more than 3 weeks. I was told straight to my face "we actually didn't need you". I don't even care if I work in fast food, I just want a steady income.

Better they said it to your face I suppose than be where I was in which they tell you behind your back for 5 years solid.

Sorry to be a bit off topic here...
There's never loyalty at a workplace. They can simply throw you out, and easily get someone to replace you. I hate being a kiss ass during interviews too. I can't honestly stand the type of people who interview me, acting all and more superior and having difficulty thinking about what they have to say. "so um, um, um, um where did you, umm umm, um, work um before?"

I donated a bit, hope even if goals are reached, it will help december, or the coffee needed to email those takedown request ppl to take their email and put back in their ... Man, I sometimes forget how hard it is to keep a site alive like this. Not from experience myself, but spoken with people (in real life) who do... the emotion, the tired faces they sometimes show.
    - respect

Hope for many more nice releases, info, games, pictures, less trouble with dmca and legal stuff.
Aaannd, I give a big internet hugh to those who want/need one.

You can also simply quit and work someplace else anytime. It's a two-way street, man.

Not all interviewers talk down to you. It really depends on the position and company. I had plenty of both, negative and positive experiences in interviews. There are the occasional asshats who talk down to you just because they manage some teenagers stacking shelves, and then there are CEOs of multi-million dollar companies who talk to you like you're entirely equal to them.

I chipped in 15$. I don't visit as much as I used to. But I can't say no. I wish I had the disposable income for more and wish I had that in the past as well. This place should be kept up and afloat. Many of great things have come from here and i've had a lot of good experiences. I've always especially loved seeing people post their collections. It's something i've admired for longer than i've been a member, but as a lurker heh.

Donated a bit, Said I'd help out the last couple times but always came up short on funds to do so. Decided I'd make up on the last couple and donate as much as I could. Love this community and I'd hate to see it have trouble staying online.
