Im from the UK but willing to ship to the rest of Europe, hence the EUR prefix. What you get is a sega saturn with a region free bios and a phantom modchip, controller and cables to hook it up (scart and power) asking for £100 +shipping.
It'll play cd-r's fine, 99% sure itll play protos since as far as i know they're just a normal cd-r anyway. I've PM'ed the modchip maker just to make sure though. Looks like a modchip can be used to play proto's, just saw this in a thread here. "If you don't have a system disc (or the right system disc, since there are two - one for Sega developed titles and the other for 3rd party titles). then you can use any other method that will let you boot CD-Rs on a Saturn. If you have a spare Action Replay you don't mind reflashing look at the "Pseudo Saturn" thread - although this will still require you to use the swap trick once to get the cart flashed" PM me is youre still interested
It is region free and loads CDRs, so as long as your prototype discs have bootable Saturn code on them, this machine should work. It looks like it does not have a 50/60 switch in it though, so it would only run everything in 50Hz (some ntsc releases do not work when ran at 50Hz).
