How much is shipping for the loose HSS-0119 to germany?
You don't list where exactly you're based so it's hard to guesstimate.

 

Added some Sega PC games.

I ship from Hungary.
The loose vcd card would be around 6€-8€ to post to Germany, depending on how much padding I put in the envelope (it's just a bit under 100 grams in a normal padded envelope, if I put some cardboard in there for safety it might go over 100g and cost 8€).

RG-VC3.. do I need one? I mean, is there any content in the games I wont be able to see if I dont have one?

 

As far as I know, the cards can bump the resolution of in-game video in certain games and enable VCD playback. Sounds obsolete, but since VCDs are still being produced these days, I think it's interesting.

The Saturn is gone but I'll likely have one or two other for sale shortly (as I have time to fix them up!).

Donpachi is 8€ registered to anywhere in the EU in a simple padded envelope. If I pack it in better (small box or whatever), it might be 11€ depending on the weight, but I don't know until I pack it in.

Should be 21€.

The VCD card allows games to use MPEG video. In practice this amounts to around a dozen or so discs being able to use either higher framerate video, or higher framerate + full screen video (depending on the game).
Of course it can also play VCDs, but compatibility isn't very good as it is meant to be used with discs made in the mid 90s - modern encoders often produce stuff that the card can't cope with. The two ASIA cards are slightly better in this regard (they give me picture on some discs that just don't register on any other cards), but don't expect magic. There might be some specific encoder setting that gives you better compatibility, but honestly I never looked into it much since the format has obvious limitations. Might be interesting to use one with an SD loader though, haha.

There's also an MPEG only version of Lunar that requires any of the VCD cards (except for the PAL one, it doesn't work with that for some reason).
