Sega Dreamcast: Street Fighter III 3rd Strike v1.000 NTSC-U Beta [FLT]

It is that time of the week again for yet another Beta to be released.

This week however, it is not flying the Bananabreak banner, but it does represnt another group of anonymous members who just wanted to do something a little different. Never fear for Banabreak shall return!

Anyhow...

FLT are proud to present the Street Fighter III 3rd Strike v1.000 NTSC-U Beta

I personally dumped this release myself using: Dreamcast (duh), BBA, SYSTEM-DISC 2, httpd-ack, Family Guy's pack, IsoBuster, HxD, Daemon Tools and last but not least the infamous Padus DiscJuggler.

As for changes to the final game I cannot say for sure, but the retail NTSC-U release is v1.001 so it is possible there are some differences. According to Typhoon Timmy of DP

So far it seems:
You can not to Unblockables with Urien in v1.001.
You can do Unblockables with Urien in v1.000 NTSC-U Beta



This is the first FLT release. FLT are a group of Beta owners looking to release discs anonymously so I am serving as the public face (even if it is like a slapped arse!), but if there any thanks the anonymous members deserve them too!

As a matter of curiosity, are these releases dummied with improved file order etc like TuxTheWise's releases?

 

There is a dummy file to push the files out yes, but beyond that the order is the same as the developer intended (which for some games is rofl bad or aplhabetic)

Is it me who's just a bit shit or is Hugo just a little bit unbalanced? Three or four hits off of him and my energy bar is 2 thirds depleted whereas if I land the same amount of hits on him he's barely lost anything.

 

I love the name FLT great to see more DC releases too. I'm going to have to get me a DC once i get back to the UK.

 

Who are all these anonymous groups suddenly Pretty cool. I plan to make sure each release is appreciated, as any attention could only hopefully assure more prototypes in the future..right?
