I took my model 2 Saturn apart years ago, and somehow managed to misplace its case screws. What would be good replacements for them? I assume they're not anything weird, and replacements can be easily found online.

They seem to be standard plastic thread screws. Since Sega are Japanese, it's probably some JIS thread, but it looks pretty much identical to a ISO 1478 thread to me. To be precise, "ISO 1478-ST2.9 Type F" 13.7mm overall length, 11.6mm thread length, black plated, pan head, phillips.

The service manuals say "B-TITE" (?) 3x10 black Phillips screws.
