The best experience I had converting cue/bin images was with UltraISO. You get to skip the whole mount/rip party and don't have to load DAEMON Tools which is questionable software at best. Or DiscJuggler which doesn't play nice with Windows 10.

It requires that you have a single cue+bin image for conversion (game.cue and game.bin). Fortunately the modern rips like Redump and Darkwater are formatted like this. Multi-track bin (track01.bin, track02.bin) files and wav/mp3 rips will not work.

Download UltraISO - the trial is fine for our purposes
    Click Tools/Convert
    Browse to your cue sheet
Choose CloneCD as the output format and click Convert
When complete delete the cue/bin from the source directory
Copy the .ccd/.img/.sub file to SD

If you have a game that you can't find in a non-goofy format, burn it using ImgBurn and rip it in UltraISO via Tools, Make CD/DVD Image.

I also had a fine experience burning images with ImgBurn and ripping via CloneCD with the default settings. UltraISO is significantly easier.

You could also try mounting and then ripping with CD Manipulator. It's a free and open source (Japanese) ripping/burning app. Very lightweight, but also very useful. It can rip in CDM format, which was, last time I checked, the same as CloneCD but renamed.
(But I never tested if those images work with Rhea/Phoebe, so your mileage may vary)

Convert your disc via UltraISO to MDS/MDF will output incorrect gap data before the first audio track. That will cause your first audio track not hearable for 2 seconds in beginning.

if your cdi are not working with deamon tools its because your use wrong version, not all versions are working for it.
use deamon tools lite 4.49.1.0356,i use it for 1.5 year, and all my images are working fine.
if you cant find it,will send it to you.

    Hi!

My last "rmenu ISO generator for linux" runs ok with..... CUE/BIN files (tested with ASTRAL and other ones!) It's not my succes, I supposed that it's a standar feature of Rhea. Just copy on SDCARD, no conversion

    Just for info.

bin cue files are not supported by rhea or phoebe,so it cant work on your saturn.
    you have to convert them.

I just made a script for linux that creates de rmenu.ini entries and then create the rmenu iso. In the Rmenu game menu i boot my cue/bin... And it loads perfect (astal it is a example)

Does anyone have any experience in mounting their .bin/.cue in Virtual Clone Drive? I prefer to use this program but am having issues getting Discjuggler to produce usable .cdi's from it. Have any clue what I'm doing wrong?

That's actually one of my issues. When I mount the .cue in Virtual Clone CD, all 4 recommended settings in Discjuggler are greyed out and inaccessible. Anyone know why?

The only way I've been able to get this process to work at all is to burn an actual CD-R using Imgburn and rip the physical disc in Discjuggler. Time consuming and wasteful, ugh.

I don't know what to tell you. Do you have an allergy to Daemon Tools? I'm using Lite 4.46 in conjunction with DJ6 and everything works fine.

I got a boatload of malware all over my laptop that was really hard to get rid of when I installed it. I'm not going to risk installing such a shady program again for my safety. Furthermore, it's been verified by multiple sources that Daemon Tools actually logs what you use it, who used it, your IP, how many times you did it, and transmits it to some server for what I'm absolutely sure is no good. Sorry, I know it's a favorite in the retro gaming community, but it doesn't sit well with me.
