Hey guys, I have a Halo 3 Edition phat 360 that I'm looking to RGH. It has a very low dash, it's in the 8000. Just past the cut off for JTAG. What is the best way of going about hacking it. I want the fastest boot time. I heard RGH 1 was the best for lower dashes but I've also heard RGH 1.2 is good. Just need to know what chips to buy. Thanks
i know for a fact RGH 1.2 is very good, however i heard something about it not liking the falcon boards? not sure. i bought my self a matrix glitch chip, will post feedback on if its worth it when it arrives
Any falcons I had modded worked well with rgh1. However, even with rgh2 my slim boots near instantly with cr3 and the software to tune the timing.
R-JTAG, No idea on specifics since I have never had a modded console but yea just putting it out there.
Thanks guys. The board is a zephyr according to the power outlet on the back of the console. Im thinking CR4 XL with phat QSB and a JR-Programmer v2. Anyone used those before?
