Retail Xbox Ones can be dev kits (for free)

    The Larger Gamestops this is never a problem the ones that aren't the size of a hall closet. But the smaller ones in my area seem to favor the XBOX over the Playstation and anything Nintendo in terms of store space.

    Even the smallest seem to be like 30% Playstation, 30% Xbox, 20% collectibles/electronics, 10% Nintendo. There's like 8 square feet of wall space for Wii U tops.

    WTF.
    What are the technical details about Universal apps? Sounds like it's something limited (aka running on top of a VM or a JIT environment), kinda like a more powerful XNA. This whole "your console is a PC too!" thing can't be any good...
