[Request] N64 Disk Drive Programmer's Guide

Does anyone have a copy of the oft-referenced but un-Google-able N64 Disk Drive Programmer's Guide? It would be handy as a parameter reference.

And this is the section specifically about the 64DD

In addition, here is a site where you can download this reference manual, along with the "N64 Introductory Manual" as well as several programming libraries (although, be warned: multiple virus scan software shows the sn-n64-psyq-kit-setup.exe file inside of n64psy-q.tar.gz to contain a trojan).
