It was initially smscamp hosted on some geocities then http://www.mygale,org/04/~zoop (I think?), turned into emucamp, forked into smspower which started on emuviews hosting, domain name only came later. Some of us remember it as a RoarVGM subdomain (started somewhere around 1998-2000), but as ASSEMbler explained here, it was on Geocities prior to that, and AOL first.
