US Realign SegaCD model 1 tray

    I've got two model 1 SegaCDs I can't get the tray aligned properly to save my life. Can anyone do this for me?

    REALLY difficult task!

    I have got also some of them somewhere in the house, and have the same issue..

    I've never had a problem with aligning the unit I've had torn apart multiple times. If you trust someone with a low post count I'd do it for nothing... I love a challenge. Just pay shipping. I live in the US.

    Is it a sony or a jvc? If it is a sony there is an easy trick to aligning the gear that I can show you. Any way for me to send you a photo?
    Edit: both drives use some odd design choices but jvc units are easy to align if you use common sense
