Question: What's the difference btw debug psx models?

    I was just wondering: what is the difference between Blue PSX's (i.e. DTL-H1002, DTL-H1102, etc.)

    Early revisions set on fire, newer models don't. Note the PSX Retail hardware had numerous versions to reduce costs, chances are they wanted to reduce costs here too.

    I have so many versions of the early psx debug.

    1000 no label models
    External psu jap /pal
    Converted ntsc to pal models

    I opened an early model (1000) and it had had written quality checks and troubleshoot penciling on the shielding and case.
