PS2 TOOL and HDD Kit - How much are these worth?

    I have a PS2 TOOL DTL-T10000H A, just the unit and a 'DTL-H10030 HDD-KIT for Development TOOL' which is boxed, unused.

    Anyone have any suggestions to how much I should be looking to get for these?
    I'm fed up with them taking up so much space :)

    200-250$ depending on the condition. Pictures help! Most time PS2 TOOLs have damage signs.
