PS2 not spinning up disks (dead motor?)

    Third hand info, it might very well be completely wrong, and the consensus seems to be 400B and 400C are interchangable and lenschanger is not needed. Still... I'll probably keep running lenschanger when swapping between B/C lasers, even though it might be a waste of time... (Would be interesting to compare the images lenschanger use for B vs C)

    The new laser arrived today! Swapped out the old laser, and fired it up, and I finally saw the red light! Popped in a game, and everything works! So it turns out the laser was dead, thanks again for your helps guys!
