Maybe you will even manage to get progressive scan for PAL DVD 576p :).

could be possible to install DNAS individualy encrypted memory card data to other consoles? I wanted to make SOCOM Updates work with all my PS2s.

Also, is it possible to hack the Your Network Configuration file to work with any console and not just the one where it was been created? also make 6 ISP profiles would be great! There is a SCEE YNCF Tool on Sony SDK that allows to create on with 6 profiles, but it is just for testing and does not work.

DVD player stuff only regards to Magic Gate, not DNAS.

    Never said that?

DNAS binding doesn't belong on this thread.

Your reply was like I said that DVD Player uses DNAS. I know that system "updates" uses Magic Gate and Not DNAS, but since this thread is about official software installed on a memory card I took the opportunity to ask about making DNAS-MC data usable on any console.

The problem with your logic is that DNAS is something that is added to games through a library, compiled onto the games, it's NOT part of the PS2 system.

Magic Gate in the other side, is part of the system and is dealt with directly by the BOOTROM. Additionally, this thread is meant to discuss modifications made specifically on the DVD player. It's binding to memory cards work in a different way than the DNAS binding you're talking about (DNAS binds to the console ID/Ilink MAC, not to a specific memory card like Magic Gate does).

Thank you very much for this contribution, I have succesfully made my PS2s DVD region free. I have a question, can this be used to enable progressive scan on units that didn't have it on DVD playback? I mean, since all PS2s can do progressive scan on games that support it. I think l_oliveira pointed out sometime that it was Sony's way of making people buy more consoles and it makes sense.
