    Sorry it is already spoken for. I realize that I need to clean up the first post and mark or delete things.

    I'm not a programmer but from my past experience games aren't completed chapter 1 to chapter 10 going one chapter at a time as one might finish a book. The final touchups could just as easily affect chapter 1 as they could chapter 10.

    Depending on there is a Japanese release, the % stand fot the translation status of the game. But it can hold debug options as well.
