EUR Programmed PIC16F630 for SNES Supercic Mod

    Hey there!
    I'm planning on doing a little summer project, and mod my PAL Super Nintendo.
    I therefore need a programmed PIC16F630, they can be bought of Ebay pretty cheaply (1-2 dollars), however I also need to program it with the right Supercic codes.
    I have no knowledge or tools to do such thing.
    So I was wondering if anybody in here, owns the necessary skills to do so?
    I would be very happy, If I could buy one!
    It's a PAL standard Super Nintendo.
