Nice. Going to get one myself shortly. Almost went for one on Taobao, but it's so hard to tell which ones are Chinese fakes :(

I got that in the post yesterday too. Mine's not all mangled like yours though. Is that how it arrived in the post?

Looks like he already read it. Mine's just arrived yesterday and it looks good considering the type of binding they used. Similar to an overpriced university textbook, lol. Had a brief look into it and the text seems to be skewed sometimes during the printing. A pretty low quality print I must say, with a crazy ugly cover. Anyways, the information in it seems to be gold, and for me that's all that counts. Bought the DVD as well, even though it was even more expensive than the book @_@

got given another POSvita (that's fit for a cunt) and a really AWESOME gba and kit that's just superior to the POSvita in every way.
    ...
that makes two POSvitas i have, i just can't give em away.
why can't i get an a1200 mcu60060/80 ATI/ppc expansion card? (i'll trade my tech for one)
i mean, even that blue dreamcast i have is too ELITE for me, as in ONLY elitists have em. and just doesn't compare to CBM systems at all. (oh wait, only one thousand in the world, my god, i am what i despise, should i torch it? :witless: )
the shame of this image will haunt me for all time, but i'm feeling VERY self-destructive right now so...

I actually bought this on eBay. The only UK distributor is Dancap and the seller had purchased it from there. The tips alone ooze quality. Came to around £86 which isn't bad considering it should last 20+ years!

Ooh, cool assortment to get started. V-Tetris (Virtual Boy) and Ecco the Dolphin (Mega CD) are pretty out of place... Gamecubes without games too.

    Missing pieces you'll want include:
Super Famicom for the Super Game Boy.
    N64 for the transfer paks.
PC Engine Duo or compatible for the Arcade Card Duo
    Game Boy Player startup disk

Besides a power converter and video cables.
DO NOT plug that Saturn or Dreamcast to 220/240v!

Moderate your language. There's really no need for it. We have children here.

You are entitled to your opinion - if you don't like the PSVita, why accept them? You would easily be able to give one away, by the way. Put it in the free stuff thread - I bet it's gone just like that.

One word: Mega Man Maverick Hunter X.

You need to see the OLED in action.

A few new PC Engine CDROM titles this week which came as part of a junk lot I bought.

Maybe not the greatest collection of games in the world but that's OK since they were cheap.

I just finished reading it :) It's mainly mangled cause it's made so damn cheap. I get why since he tried to cram so much in one volume. Still at times I feel he could a trimmed some parts.

One example would be numbering how many words were off the record ie "150 words redacted", seems a bit unprofessional and unnecessary.

I guess he's trying to show how accurate he is but it is a bit much. I can't wait for read only memories Mega drive book. Bummer it's shipping end of October.

I'm also so much looking forward to the Mega Drive book. The quality of that one looks to be amazing. As for the Japanese Game Designers book, I've started reading it and do find it very interesting however with so much to get through its going to take some time.

While I am all for civil discourse, I honestly believe the primary audience of the website is adults. I doubt there are very many children viewing these forums.

I just received a bunch of games off ebay. Everything listed as CIB - Like new, but using stock pictures. I talked to the seller before buying and was assured everything was in proper order.

Here are a few pics of what I received, you guys will be jelly :)

Bah, that's proably just a careless post man

Hmmm, looks like it just came out of the factory
    [IMG]

Sweet! It even came with the manual! Wait, where are the pages?

Hey look! Blockbuster forgot a full size sticker on that CD, how nice of them!!

Don't fool yourself, only professional ressurfacing machines used here.

This is what happens when you forget to use the Ressurfacing machine on one of the disc. Tsk Tsk Tsk...

Was wondering why I could hear the CD rattling inside the case, now everything makes sense!!

Here is a small scale replica of the grand canyon. About the thickness and depth of a fingernail. But don't worry, it has been ressurfaced to '' Like new ''
We did not clean the polishing coumpound off the disc so you can see we actually did the job.

Hope you guys enjoyed the slideshow!! :)

Yep, another good reason not to use Ebay. Only ever used it 4 or so times and each time was ripped off. Used Yahoo Auctions almost 2000 times and been ripped off once!

No Yahoo auction here in canada though, most of the time ebay works well for me but I still regularly get a little problem or something not as described and it pisses me off.
But in this case here everything is so terrible and crappy, and the fact that it was described as ''Like new'' makes the whole thing so ridiculous it is funny. I was actually laughing out loud when I unpackaged this.

At that point I though he was using discs as coasters.
Do guys like these get away easily?
Definitely, I invest too much effort on my ebay stuff...
