Thanks for the response, the only thing that looks similar is the debug menu, but maybe I havent accessed what they have, I finally found out how to access the debug menu after an hour of hitting controls. I'm assuming its the same release though. I got the debug kit+game on it for $150 so I hope that was a decent deal. If anyone has any more information about this please let me know!

I suppose in the current exchange rate it's an okay deal but it is possible to buy Rendering Rangers loose for around Y10,000 unboxed and the other two appear for a few hundred yen each. Not unbelievable but good, if it was boxed then it would have been. :p

I do not see them around too often in auction style format, There are only 5k or so copies of this game in the world and the demand has gone up the past year.

When people sell it 'Buy-it-now' style the price is always extravagant. Lets just say it was a miracle to get it at a non manipulated price :)

    unlike this one:

    OK here we go:

3 Briefcase PCE systems (3 with cdrom and 2 with the actual pc engine), all with system 3.0 cards for $40

Broken Duo-RX for $70 (lens problem only)

No Sound Duo and a Super CDROM2 with core II with some random games, system card 3.0 (for some reason) and duo arcade card for $60

    Not a bad haul :D

I usually go to the Kardinya Park markets. its usually pretty packed. The only others I've been to are Canning Vale, which is usually filled with commercial sellers, and Melville, which is not as crowded as Kardinya :D

Not gaming related but just got a Tom Delonge Signature Squire Stratocaster in Seafoam Green in exchange for 3 pints of cider. (£10.20)

Needs a new pick guard, restringing and there are a few chips off the paint work but if anything it gives it character.

According to a few reviews it fairs better than the Fender model, with only a single pick up it's meaty but I kinda like it as a second Guitar. Much easier to play than my Epiphone.

Funny you should mention that. It's the pub I work in and it's closing in three months time. They only make 40p profit out of that. The issue is the breweries. For some reason they're pricing their own pubs out of the market. Makes no sense.

So yesterday, I went to this Japanese school Omatsuri, with excellent, tasty, free food (which made me sick somehow), some cool things for sale, and a lot of old friends that I hadn't seen.

They had a "free stuff" table.

On the table was a flat CRT Trinitron monitor. I couldn't take it, I thought, as this school is halfway across Guadalajara, and I was taking the bus home. But a friend of mine gave us a ride, so I took the monitor. People looked at me funny at the exit, but still, now I have a flat Trinitron CRT for my Dreamcast, and it looks fucking fantastic.

Who throws away a Trinitron monitor?

Sadly many people do nowadays... now is the time to snag up some formerly pricey equipment.

    My sister does.

I had an excellent Trinitron monitor which i got for free from an old work place of my dads that was closing. Kept the monitor for any future uses though my sister decided that since it wasn't getting used at the timer that it was to be thrown out.

I've binned Trinitron, but only because they were widescreen (rubbish) or too big (28"+).

14 or 21" Trinitron is the sweet spot.
