I've had a few great deals but nothing beats my now Silver and Black saturn that I found out side in the rain waiting to be picked up by the binman. Took it home, let it dry for a week than powered it up. Four years later and it still works like a dream :D

Hmm, I have purchased most of my games at well below their value, but the best...

Neo Geo AES system for $75 (minus power adapter, which brought the price upto $130, still not bad)

Third World War Sega CD (Brand New) $15

Kisado Adapter $29 (Don't know why more people didn't order them, when they remade them?)

    ^_^_^

    SuperGrafx buying surprise

Once bought SuperGrafx with CD-ROM2 unit. What the seller sent were not only two above mentioned units but interface suitcase complete with CoreGrafx and Darius CD-ROM inside CD-ROM drive. Basically for the price of SuperGrafx I got complete CoreGrafx+CD-ROM on suitcase interface plus SuperGrafx Cd-ROM interface and Darius CD. :)

Apparently the seller hasn't got the clue about PC Engine thing and sent me the whole lot instead of picking out the items I bought. :p

    cheers

  11. Great Finds

    Let'see..

Found a decent quality copy of SNES Chrono Trigger a few days ago for just $10.

Got my lovely Saturn for $19 at a gamestore where I used to live.

I think my best buy was my TurboGrafx 16, one controller, A/C adaptor, and the games Keith Courage, Air Zonk (both in case) and Final Lap Twin (loose) for $17 at the old thrift store here. Now that's what I call a deal.

I think that the best deal i have had in a long time has been that i traded some stuff with antipasta for a game.com system with 6 boxed games.

I traded in the game.com+games at a local game store and got a 140 euro's trade in for the lot !!!! 8)
