I'm amazed that you still find those interested you.
I must be getting old but then I've been collecting and etc. over two decades now... :p

Same here, been collecting since a teenager. I'm 40 this year. I had my faded interest phase and now I'm back :)

I managed to snag the Splatoon 3-pack amiibo at my local games shop yesterday for 34.99. I'm not used to impulse buying, but I recalled hearing about how rare this would probably become, so I couldn't resist (not that it was my only motivation). Already goes for $50-60ish on ebay after just 2 days. When I bought it, the box was already pretty roughed up with some creases, light scratches, and the top left corner of the plastic is a little loose as you can see in the pics. Pretty unfortunate. Still like I said, I couldn't pass up the chance regardless to own it. I like the Splatoon art style a lot. Reminds me of all the wacky games from the dreamcast/saturn days.

£8 from Primark. Hard to find them now though, a lot of eBay scalpers are turning a profit on them already.

Haven't bought much recently but my GF bought me a PS4 for my 30th Birthday. Been a while since I've been truly up to date with modern systems and I have to say it's an amazing piece of kit.

That'd be about $12.26 over here, which is an awesome deal. I wouldn't hesitate on something that cool. Through ebay I'd probably be paying somewhere around $20-$25, which stinks.

I got it while the site was down but it's an original Famicom and a copy of Super Mario Bros. (Yes it has a filter applied, it isn't yellow)

I just bought a Famicom system for $8.50, a Famicom Disk system for $3.25, and 11 Famicom Disk games for $1.25. Shipping was extra but they was still a great deal :)

Excellent prices on those games. Let's just hope that you won't have any hardware problems with the Famicom Disk system.

New old stock - Super EDF for the Super Famicom. Been after a mint copy of this for almost a year now.

Well I went retro hunting with a buddy of mine to a shop that stocks awersome retro games and is STUPID cheap.

You'll never believe the game I got and the price I paid. you can skip through the video to the pickups if you're impatient but we show off a bit of the shop and all that nonsense. Nothings monetised so no money making schemes either, we just document it for fun.

Oh and we're welsh so forgive the amusing accents.
