Steam is a piece of shit, too bad it is required to play your games on though :(

The new Flatout just isn't Flatout, it's REALLY bad. However the rest of the series is ace! What exactly happened!?

And to be fair about Sonic CD, it isn't a rom. It's a brand new engine.

As per usual. Zero Mac support. I'm sick of dual booting just to use Steam, it's the only time I ever need to use windows these days.

Just purchased Ship Simulator Extremes for £4.99 on steam which is only the 2nd game i've purchased on there the other being Company Of Heroes.

Only reason for purchasing it via steam is that it's slightly cheaper than on disc (not really a reason to go digital)and it's not a game i really wanted so don't care about owning a physical copy

One of the reasons i never got Final Fight on PSN, not even when it was with a 75% off discount.

Having tried FlatOut 3 it's utter shit - what a disappointment. I can play FlatOut 1 and 2 again though and never had Ultimate Carnage before which seems OK (though there isn't much difference between them?) FlatOut 2 has the best music though :p

I had Final Fight / Double Impact on PSN before I knew about the DRM but it isn't as bad as it sounds... so long as your main account it set to autosign in and remains on the PS3 friends and family could play it with their account. I Haven't tried playing it recently due to sans PS3 to fund original Geist disc but meh.

Anyhow, I just bought Deus Ex Human Revolution @ £7.99 from GAME in their weekend downloads sale. Yes I could have paid £3 more and got the retail copy, but what is the point when the retail copy forces me to use Steam anyway? I also bought the Tactical Enhancement + Explosive Mission bundle @ £2.49 from Steam (not on sale). The DLC is uninteresting but I'd like to know how different the game is with them having completed it without them.

Also strictly speaking I already own the game which I bought for £1 from OnLive, but I'd like to play it without the image becoming heavily compressed due to my ISP bandwidth restrictions coming into effect and have a consitent experience on my local machine.

Great, bought the game and it happens to not work :DOH::DOH: Not a steam problem as such since nothings wrong with steam but i guess as it's the steam version it might be classed as that.

Trying to get support on the developers forum but so far i've had one response with basic please make sure you register you cd-key(s) on your forum profile.

Dreamcast VGA cable from Racket Boy.

Arrived a few days ago. Image is mind buggeringly clear but my god did those devs rely on poor image quality to smooth over those graphics?

MSR has so many jaggies it's almost impossible to concentrate on anything and Sonic Adventure looks a lot worse than I remember it.

Yep, told you so :p, it just looks horrible from the gameplay on YouTube. Nothing like 2 and Ultimate Carnage. Never played Flatout though..
Flatout 2 has a fantastic soundtrack, so does Ultimate Carnage :)

A few days ago my friend and I went to a few stores a came back with this.. All XBOX games were $2 and the XBOX Logitech controller was $3. Playstation 2 games my friend bought.

My copy of SHUI HU FENG YUN ZHUAN arrived today from Trenton_net  thanks mate.

Don't you just love the way there's no constancy between the cartridge art and game cover :D
    [IMG]

I'm thinking of changing the cartridge sticker to something more like my other copy of the game which is dead.

I'll also use my own cover art I think. Miles better

Since I used to play on a low population rppvp server, I got it for ~150$ (the photo isn't mine, the server name and date is different).
Other more popular servers and those with "cool" names sometimes fetched way over 1000$. But anything around 500$ wasn't uncommon, so I'm pretty happy.

And all the money goes to charity, which is a really nice gesture from Blizzard.

Now I'll just have to wait 1-2 months until it arrives. :-(

Now, I usually never buy any sports games (ok, I have Football Kingdom and Dynamite Soccer 2004 Final, but that's it!) but when I saw this lonely fellow hanging around some beat up board games I just had to grab it. Croteam's first!
