I will have the obi printed (as in the us there are no obis) as a back sheet and cut it by hand when it arrives. The discs should be here by then, so I will have a lot of work to do inserting, cutting, folding and shrink wrapping.
Can't the printer cut them with one of their machines? They shouldn't charge you extra for that. As if you cut it by hand, you will definitely have rougher edges and risk tearing the paper up.
I have one of those guillotine cutters too. Good for up to 50 sheets at once. You do have to be careful though with the paper sliding back as the blade comes down so I normally only do ten sheets at a time to save on any trimming later on. Great bits of kit though. ASSEMbler, to save you a bit of time and money on wrap, you don't need to shrink wrap my game as it will be getting ripped open as soon as it arrived through the door.
I called them and they can make obis! We got lucky. I am just waiting on someone who can measure the distances for the creases.
