Nintendo asking public to choose a fighter for Smash

I'd like to see KOS-MOS from Xenosaga. But Simon Belmont would be awesome.

 

My vote is for Toadette, although the Toad species generally gets no love from SSB.

 

I voted for Tingle. Every pause screen would be hilarious with him.

Hahahaha I really hope Nintendo sees that photo! It's absolutely hilarious! They already have the Wii Fit trainer so why not Reckless Safety Notice Man? I would love to get his amiibo before it gets scalped.

I voted for Tails just because he was second, but Knuckles would be a better fit. Or Robotnik.

 

I think Simon Belmont is a good idea since it seems like there might be a possibility of that happening.

 

Actually, my #1 pick (and I'll vote again) is Segata Sanshiro.

Side special is the judo flip. This final smash would made hundreds of tiny Segata Sanshiros mob the field (or he would launch a missile to the middle of the stage)

 

I would like to see Lara Croft or Yoda or Joanna Dark.

But it will be a popular character in Japan... there's no other reason for Snake's presence.

Surprised you didn't suggest Goemon! That was my serious suggestion, like Megaman, his games are associated with Nintendo, so it makes sense to put him in!

Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes would be perfect. First, the game is an iconic Wii game. Second, his attack set basically SCREAMS "SMASH BROS". Has normal attacks, beam katana attacks, and even already has grapple moves!
