Action: Purchased a Crystal OG XBOX. Time: August 2015 Feedback: 10/10 really nice guy who was quite happy to address my concerns on a few subjects regarding the console. Controller arrived damaged in transit and he already arranged a replacement free of charge for me. You really can't do much better than that. Wholly recommended.
