    The last one is a SCSI adapter for the 32x/Megadrive PSYQ Systems. I've seen it long ago when I had the PSYQ 32x cart. It can only be used on those systems, not on the saturn I believe.

    It does look an awful lot like the SCSI card for Saturn, although slightly different. Whether or not it'd work, I don't know.
