I agree that he has done everything right with this Item. Thats not the point. But he open a "NEGATIVE feedback" here on ASSEMbler in the same time. In my opinion it was too early. The case was still open. No decision was made by e$ay. And this is not part of the business!
Thts why I gave "A Roland for an Oliver."

I value the business with the community. I buy a lot on ASSEMbler/NA/digital press...
    ^^This situation won´t happen again

You cant ignore what you did. I opened this thread after you opened a "Item Not Received" case against me. You did bad business, and you deserve to suffer the consequences for your decision.

You opened an 'item not received' dispute against Borman when you knew (via tracking) that the parcel was in transit and infact, delivery had been attempted on several occassions. The simple truth is that you had a change of heart on the item when you saw that they were selling slightly cheaper than the price you paid... unfortunately that's your own problem and having Bormans' funds frozen as a result isn't how you should have gone about this.

I am voting ban as I have said already but I don't think it will happen. As I said in the new forum rules thread, nothing really happens here when people 'sidestep' the rules!

Yeah. This avatar you have reveals the way you think nds_demo. Really smart considering there are younger kids who visit this site.

His reluctance to admit that he is completely in the wrong is baffling. You don't act like a smart ass to a member (well known one at that, not that that should change anything) after you screwed him over and then go on to say how you value doing business here. If you truly valued the business, you wouldn't make yourself look like a complete jackass and then just act like your the victim of this situation, that makes everyone in the community you value so much see what a piece of shit you are. Ergo, all these hate messages towards you.

Get a decent grip on how screwing someone over on the internet doesn't always end with you getting away scot-free.

And by the way, he has been reported to Ebay for his feedback antics.

that IS the point, he did everything right, you did wrong

if you truly valued business with this community this situation would not have happened in the first place

it only ended well because Borman had fortunately taken all the right steps, if he hadn't you would have screwed him out of $500

can you not see that your actions over this issue have been completely wrong and continue to be
and yes Borman did open a negative feedback thread but he's doing what people in a community do, i.e. look out for each other

its a shame you can't see this

And it's not like I opened it the second he started rambling on about a refund. I only did it when he opened an Ebay case against me, while it was sitting at the post office. Unbelievable.

Thread locked as it has run its course, the situaiton has been resolved, the trade happened outside of the forum and there is nothing new to add here.

As for banning, someone mentioned raylyd was banned for scamming on ebay - he wasnt banned for that. He was banned for essentially trying to do the same scam here and as the problem was on eBay I personally wouldn't ban nds_demo from here, though others might.

Trying to get a refund on an item you refuse to collect is a really shitty thing to do though, NDS Demo. I stand by my previous comment on this matter.

Make rebuttal thread if you feel the need to further roast him.

I need a consensus on if he needs a ban here
