    BUMP!
DVT4 still avaylable and a price drop on the Engineering sample!
Got an Xbox prototype Board (from a prototype DVT4) with hardware differences and an MCP X2 chip here that i will put up for sale soon.
The Board doesn't have a revision marking and is different to a retail v1.0!

Has the board ever been tested? Is it possible to make it functioning?

The Board has been tested and i found the problem. The Bios was corrupted ... well in the end the chip itself was defective.
Tested the board with a modchip using a debug bios and it booted fine. Desoldered the tsop chip and tested it in an external programmer and it allways fails at programming and even reading at a certain address! Only need to wait for the replacement chip to finish it up.

The Board itself failed at loading the bios at first and using a chip it worked perfect!

Well it came out off the dvt4 that the top had been painted blue. And it did work with a Bios from a debug kit so i assume it is a prototype dvt4. Gonna test running games on this thing once i finished it.
