    Bloodsack can't reply to this on the TiZ without making a new account as I banned him just after this happen, this stems from a trade he tried to rip of another admin on our site failed then ripped off gamer instead.

    He will have to reply here because this kind of stuff is not allowed on our site and he is perm banned.
    Anyone needs to double check me out then you can just hop over to our site and msg me and check.

    I was referring to over at XBOX-Hq or 360-Hq for laying out his side of this debacle. He hasnt been there yet so I havent as yet done a ban and he would at least have one chance to state his case before Id make the decision as to whether or not to add Hq-Network to the list of unwelcome sites. I usualy assume silence in a situation like this is as good as a confession but I like to hear both sides before takeing the next step. And because he never did anything untoward to me I would at least give him that one chance

    I heard 3 versions of the story and they all checked out, add the previous subject with froggy being cussed out by him in the forums over a dreamcast and i called it quits. Once a moderator said he had issues with him and their trade also that was all i needed. He will need to reply elsewhere since that was his 3rd strike an members requested i ban them before it happen again.
    If he has a account here then you guys can deal with him lol... any admins need information PM me.

    Let's not ban anyone until they have been given a fair chance to explain their situation. Everything looks bad at the moment but there could be a perfectly reasonable explanation... or not!

    If dropping out of a trade (even at the 11th hour) is reason enough to get a 'scammer' tag then most members on here are 'scammers', myself probably included!
    At worst this guy is a liar and possibly doesn't have much of a conscience!
