Might be a good time to reach out to former Nintendo of Korea employees.

I like how the title of the article is 80% of employees let go.

I guess a title like, "Nintendo has let go of 50 employees" doesn't have enough click bait sound to it.

Nintendo of Korea picked up the reins from Daiwon (now Daewon) around the launch of the Wii (~2007).

You can spot a shift in branding of older Nintendo DS games from Daiwon to the three stripe, blue and red Nintendo of Korea logo. All GameCube stuff was released by Daiwon.

Hyundai stopped being affiliated with Nintendo around ~2000 or so (not sure exactly) ^^
