    The PAPX-90044 MGS pilot disc was released in Japan: http://metalgear.wikia.com/wiki/File:Pilotdisc2_1.jpg. It is available out there on the internet. But I'm pretty sure the discs aren't like yours. Perhaps someone can check the available version's file/folder dates, as well as things like checksum. When you have time, you can see if those match what's on your disc.

    I was following this auction to see if I could get it for cheap. I assume it is identical to the final, based on the date shown on redump:

    The disc is labelled as "Not reading."

    the one i bought,seems to be just the master disc.....so same as the normal pilot disc i guess

    There's also an Asian version with English slipcase and manual.

    Nice item, I was also going to say it looks like the master disc used for the Pilot Disc.
