If you want original container files for these then those can be found online. These are for people who have wanted to play the beta's like they never went offline.

Not a problem half as much expected most to have all of them. I haven't done a lot with the demo personally so I am not sure if it has any campaign? I know it goes to the menu but I didn't investigate further. Out of all the builds that are considered "private"... That is one of the more touchy builds due to an incident a couple years ago with it. Meaning someone got it and released against the wishes of the person he received it from.
The Reach Delta is the public beta that everyone played before the game released. The demo is a free version that you can download on xbl and has one campaign mission and one multiplayer map. It was built after final. So basically just giving you a little taste of what the final game has to offer.
