    I'm looking for someone in japan to buy and ship me a few small car parts.

    They are available from a US importer, but total price is ~$350

    Subaru part number:
    H6217AG911 (on yahoo.jp for ~$150usd)
    and
    83037AG001 (I couldn't find on yahoo.jp)

    Use one of the many proxy services - you'll find suggestions in the Japan forum. You'll find shipping to the US is probably a small fortune for car parts, though. Or you could PM a user in Japan and ask if they'd help you out.
