I've uploaded the file on my website, just in case those other links fail. You can either go here to download it... http://schooltrashers.com/downloads OR directly download it from here... http://schooltrashers.com/LOBO.zip
Sorry, you misunderstand. I do not own the cart, I own hardware that would have allowed me to dump that chip/cart.
The links I posted still work. It's more reliable than the other links, plus it's not infested with ads.
I believe you want the non-fixed ROM to be uploaded for historical purposes. I thought the same myself. Also, I like to use Pomf clones (e.g. http://catbox.moe/) for file uploads. I don't like using waiting sites for like 2MB files or temporary sites like Filedropper. I've heard of 2GB clones that have come around, even, and there's even a 512MB one: steamy.moe.
Ok, I got around to making an article about this: http://www.snescentral.com/article.php?id=0093 I really doubt the version of the game that is on the bootleg is the final version of the game. Many of the features mentioned in the Nintendo Power article are not there, such as fatalities, and it is a bit glitchy. The bootleg itself is pretty poor quality, don't know why people give them money.
Everything! The header holds information about game title, type, size, checksum and so on. See here for more information... Flashcarts like Everdrive are reading the header information to load the ROM properly... The untouched ROM will not work with Everdrive, the fixed ROM will. You can the download the non-fixed ROM from badinsults article
