This guy is a local politician who got caught using public funds to go make 196 trips to only 4 locations, of which 106 trips to a single resort. This is his apology, which is much sorrow, very sadness, such emotion. The press conference lasted 3 hours. If this was any country other than Japan, one of the journalists would have stood up and asked him after 15 minutes if he could please stop faking it.
