I bought the exact same mem card from dealextreme and i havent faced any probs so far. It even has the MagicGate symbol printed on it. I dont think you will face a problem...

Those 32, 64, 128mb have compatibility problems with some games like RE4 and others i don't remember right now. Not showing up, not saving, locking up the PS2,...

These cards have a few issues but they wont loose your saves.

One of the issues is that a couple of games will see these memory cards as full no matter how much free space you have, also the bigger the card the slower it will be while reading/writing.

Also cards >32mb wont work so well with FMCB.

If you use it coupled with an official 8MB card it will be fine, the 8mb is used for FMCB and for the saves from incompatible games and shove everything else on the 64mb card

That would be called the "Memor32"

i have that and it works great.... albit not worth the $70+ price tag

those 64mb and 128mb ones I also have and have yet to run into a issue.

you can install the OS on the Mc yourself for free... as long as you can do a cogswap or have a friend with a modded ps2... it's really precious
