Is there any way to extract the PS4 HDD Files?

Mine has PT game on it, but I wanted to see if there is any way to extract them.

 

I don't think so. If you where using a dev kit I know you can remote into them via pc but other than that I don't know.

 

As far as I personally know (which to be honest isn't that much) there isn't a public method with a retail ps4 since the hard drive is encrypted, If you had one with CFW or a test kit then it would be a different story. Also people have already backed up the PT demo.

Simple answer - no
Longer answer - no until a reliable method is created, but modding the system has only just begun and will not be able to do so for a bit.

I have both US and EU PT pkg files backed up right now in case a pkg extractor is made before a way to get it off the hdd but simply put no (unless you have a test kit which is up in the air for now)
