Is there an adapter so a PC Engine controller will work on a US Turbografx

    No, there isn't. You'll have to swap the cables from a US TG Pad. Shouldn't be too difficult to do.

    I assume you could make an adapter with a female 8-pin mini-DIN connector, some wire, and a male 8-pin DIN connector. If you were so inclined.

    The cable inside the controller does typically disconnect cleanly. However, my preferred solution is to swap the cable on the tap. It's a reliable and fully reversible way to have an adapter that lets you use a pile of PC Engine controllers on a US-region Turbo unit.
