It doesn't seem to be available in PAL countries. If the sale becomes available there, DO NOT BUY A EUROPEAN PAL COPY OF SWORD ART ONLINE: HOLLOW FRAGMENT (Vita) OR SWORD ART ONLINE Re: HOLLOW FRAGMENT (PS4)!!! They have terrible translation errors like sentences that don't make sense, grammatical errors, spelling errors, incorrect word usage, etc. If you want to purchase either of those games, you will have to get the digital American version on the USA PSN as it had these errors patched. No idea if the Asian copies are affected. Japanese version is Japanese only so it is unaffected. If you can speak Japanese go for that version.
I had a look yesterday and in PAL region we have a massive EA games sale. I was kinda hoping to pick up the Dark Souls 2 Scholar of the First Sin but don't think it's going to happen now :/
