    Ii is hard to find one

    Complete sets will sell for around 125eur in Europe on eBay.
    That's + shipping
    So 200usd isn't that bad really, especially if it's all perfect and complete
    Assembler just has better contacts, so he can get stuff cheaper than everyone else ;-)

    OK, I've got to ask WHY you want one of those things - it's pretty much perfectly useless unless (a) you have a TOOL and (b) you are trying to develop code that uses the PS2 HDD. This is why there are so many of them out there still in boxes - the developers never bothered to unpack them because they had no reason to do so.
